Becki Campolito is an attorney with almost 30 years’ experience serving corporate and individual clients.
She has worked in-house for a Fortune 50 company and one of the largest law firms in Atlanta where
she represented some of the largest commercial developers and national retailers in the United States in the area of commercial leasing and development and corporate transactions. About 8 years ago, Becki
began practicing in the area of elder law to bring her legal and caregiving experience to clients so
families may leave spiritual as well as financial legacies for their loved ones. Becki makes it easy for
individuals and families to create various types of trusts, wills and other ancillary documents so loved
ones are able to focus on loving and supporting each other after the disability or death of a client with
little court interference or legal hassle while protecting the assets left to loved ones.

Becki presents educational workshops throughout the state of Georgia to teach about asset protection,
estate planning and Medicaid and she specializes in incorporating spiritual beliefs in estate plans,
especially in regard to health care decisions. Becki also presents a workshop at parishes throughout the
Atlanta Archdiocese to teach parishioners legal and Catholic about issues involved in estate planning.
The seminar has been favorably received by parishioners and the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

Becki also incorporates her knowledge as a former commercial transactional lawyer to help business
owners minimize the risk to personal assets and plan for business transitions.

Born, raised and educated in Ohio, Becki was born in a large Italian, Irish family. She moved to Atlanta
about 30 years ago. Becki lives in Roswell with her son.
